This iOS policy applies to the ZealyOn app distributed through Apple's App Store, including account, alert, Discover, notification, support, and paid-access features available in that build.
Where a feature is not available in the iOS build, ZealyOn does not use this iOS app policy to claim collection for that unavailable feature.
When you create an account, contact support, update settings, subscribe to a plan, or request account closure, you may provide information such as your email address, display name, password, preferences, and communications.
If you contact us for help, we may also keep the information you choose to include in your message so we can respond and maintain a record of the support interaction.
We may automatically collect technical and usage information needed to run and improve ZealyOn. This can include device type, app version, operating system, network metadata, session timestamps, crash data, and feature interaction events.
We use this information to improve stability, diagnose problems, measure feature usage, prevent misuse, and maintain the reliability of alerts and account services.
ZealyOn may send essential service notices, alert-related messages, account emails, product updates, and promotional communications. The exact categories available to you may vary by platform feature availability and your selected preferences.
If you disable a notification category, we will honor that preference for that category unless a message is required to complete a transaction, secure your account, or deliver an essential service update.
For iOS purchases, Apple handles the App Store payment flow. ZealyOn may receive and store purchase identifiers, receipt or transaction status, entitlement state, plan details, renewal status, and related metadata needed to activate access, prevent fraud, reconcile purchases, and answer support requests.
In the iOS v1 app, ZealyOn does not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, crypto wallet addresses, deposit details, withdrawal details, or full Apple payment card details.
We may share limited information with service providers and processors that help us run ZealyOn, such as Apple for App Store billing, hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notification delivery, customer support, and security tooling.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect users or the public, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to operate the service, provide support, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain necessary business records.
Retention periods may differ depending on the data type, account status, legal obligations, fraud prevention needs, and whether information has been de-identified or anonymized.
ZealyOn provides an in-app account closure flow. When you request closure, we may deactivate access, revoke notification delivery, and anonymize or retain certain records where required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, purchase reconciliation, or required business records.
Some data may remain in backup systems or compliance archives for a limited period where deletion is not immediately feasible or legally permitted.
Depending on your location and applicable law, including GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, opt out of certain processing, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent for optional communications.
You can revoke optional consent by updating notification preferences in ZealyOn, changing iOS notification permissions in Settings, unsubscribing from optional emails where available, or contacting support. Revoking optional consent may limit some alert or communication features but does not affect service messages needed for account security or purchases.
The iOS v1 app does not collect broker account details, broker balances, broker API keys, or live trading credentials.
