These Terms describe your use of ZealyOn. ZealyOn is operated by AceNetics. For help, contact support@acenetics.dev.

1. Your account and use of ZealyOn

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and use the service only where you are legally allowed to do so. ZealyOn is not directed to children. Do not share passwords, broker API keys, recovery codes, or payment credentials in support messages or AI chats.

2. Strategy information, alerts, and AI replies

Strategy histories, backtests, performance metrics, comparisons, Discover results, alerts, and AI replies are informational. Data can be incomplete, stale, delayed, or affected by technical or calculation limits. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results. A strategy appearing in a result, comparison, or alert is not a promise that it suits you or will be profitable. AI replies may be wrong or incomplete.

3. Broker connections and Live trading

If you connect a broker and enable a Live feature, you authorize ZealyOn to route eligible strategy signals to your broker account under the settings and review steps you choose. You remain responsible for your account, credentials, permissions, available funds, and the trades submitted from it. Your broker controls whether and how an order is accepted, filled, priced, or rejected.

Live trading can lose some or all of the funds allocated to it. Market movement, slippage, spread, leverage, margin, broker restrictions, outages, and execution timing can change the result. Review the separate Risk Disclosure before using a Live feature.

4. Plans and payments

The plan, price, billing period, and renewal information for a purchase are shown at checkout. Store purchases are handled under the applicable store’s billing terms and procedures. For other payment methods, use the terms shown at checkout and contact support for help with a charge or access. Cancellation does not by itself guarantee a refund. Your refund rights depend on the payment provider and the laws that apply to you.

Paying for access, an alert plan, or a Discover request does not guarantee that a strategy will match your needs or produce a particular result.

5. Changes and account closure

Features and supported integrations may change. You can request account closure in ZealyOn. Some records may be retained or restricted when needed to complete a transaction, address a dispute, maintain security, or meet a legal obligation, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Your legal rights and contact

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer or other legal rights that cannot be limited under the laws that apply to you. If you have a complaint or question, contact support@acenetics.dev.
